WASHINGTON -

Um acordo climático completo não deve ser alcançado pelos negociadores internacionais durante a reunião de dezembro em Copenhague, mas um acordo estrutural é possível, disse o chefe da Comissão Europeia, José Manuel Barros, nesta terça-feira.
