A Opera Software revelou nesta quinta-feira uma versão de seu mini browser para uso em celulares com o software Android, do Google.

O Opera Mini é o navegador de Internet mais usado em celulares pelo mundo, à frente do browser do iPhone, da Apple, sendo oferecido em uma ampla gama de plataformas, segundo estatísticas da Statcounter.

O Android, apresentado no fim de 2008, ganhou entre 4 e 5 por cento do mercado de smartphones no ano passado e muitos vendedores de aparelhos como LG Electronics e Motorola se focam cada vez mais nele.
