Vale pretende emitir eurobônus

SÃO PAULO -

A Vale anunciou nesta quinta-feira que pretende emitir bônus denominados em euros no mercado de capitais global. O objetivo é usar os recursos para propósitos corporativos em geral da maior produtora de minério de ferro do mundo.

A Vale pediu listagem dos bônus na bolsa de Luxemburgo.

BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole, HSBC e Santander serão os coordenadores da emissão.

Prospecto preliminar da oferta será enviado à Securities and Exchange Commission, afirmou a Vale em comunicado. Um cronograma da operação não foi divulgado.
