A secretária de Estado norte-americana, Hillary Clinton, chegou à Rússia nesta quinta-feira para negociações com o governo russo sobre o Oriente Médio e para pressionar por um acordo preliminar sobre o longamente adiado pacto de redução de armas nucleares.
